FALL Practice Schedule :)

Mondays – Run @ 4 (Bellomy)
Tuesdays – Run @ 4 (Bellomy)
Wednesdays – Swim 4:30 – 6:30 (Pool)
Thursdays – Swim 2:30 – 4 (Pool)
Fridays – Run @ 4 (Bellomy) – Will try to go off campus if possible
Saturdays – Long Bike Ride (Meet at Bookstore) ~9 usually (stay tuned for emails)
Sundays – Not formal – potential long/off campus run.  We would like to attend Stanford’s Nike Running Club a few times.  It starts at 9am (led by the one and only Jordan Jue) and is a part of “We Run Palo Alto”
